As children get older, it can be hard to find nice quilt designs suitable for their age. There are lots of designs and fabrics for younger children, but it is harder to find something nice for a teenager. This design is particularly suited to teenagers. I found the inspiration for this design in Robert Indiana’s classic design of 1964.

The pattern is also well-suited to a nice cushion in a teenager’s bedroom. Make it in your child/grandchild’s favourite colour scheme.
