Glasses

Nearly 7 out of 10 people in Europe wear glasses or contact lenses. This number is growing with the ageing of the population. I have worn glasses since I was seven years old. Nowadays, I have three pairs of glasses: normal varifocals, computer/reading glasses and prescription sunglasses. Fortunately, there is a wide choice of different frames in all sorts of colours. Personally, I love brightly coloured frames. This quilt is an ode to all the lovely glasses out there. You can’t escape the expression ‘to look through rose-coloured glasses’ here.
